When projects are green lit, the Development Consultant will be required to appoint and manage the other Design Team professionals that are required to successfully deliver the project.

As part of their tender response, bidders are required to detail the proposed Design Team members they would engage with, should they be successful in being awarded the contract.
Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
