About this contract

The London Borough of Lewisham is inviting providers to tender for the Development and Management of the Lewisham's Enterprise Hubs. The contract will be issued for a period of four years and 1 month with potential to extend for a further six years. Regular monitoring and reviews will be conducted throughout this period to ensure compliance with the Contract and Specification. The Council has plans to establish a network of three enterprise hubs in the borough's main town centres. The Council would like to appoint an experienced coworking workspace operator to develop and manage these three new enterprise hubs.
