About this contract

Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust ("HDFT") are undertaking a project to design a new endoscopy department to be located on the Harrogate and District Hospital site (the "Project"). HDFT wishes to procure the provision of a professional design team in relation to the Project. This procurement is split into 4 lots based on the different professional services required. Tenderers may bid for one or more lots. The lots are (1) Architectural Services (Design Team Leader and Principle Designer – CDM); (2) Mechanical and Electrical Services; (3) Quantity Surveying Services; and (4) Structural Engineering Services. It is anticipated that the design team will be appointed in February 2016 and that detailed design will then take place between February and May 2016.
