About this contract

The Works comprise the design and construction of a new home, complete with associated drainage and services alterations, all infrastructure, external hard and soft landscaping and the like, as noted below: a. Schedule of Accommodation Dwellings for Social Rent: 1 No. 2 bedroom house @ 70m2 each b. Associated footpaths, parking bays, drainage, external lighting, general external works, including fencing, new crossovers and landscaping. c. Blocking of existing windows to the existing dwelling and making good internally, redirecting extract fans, new velux window and diverting gas meter. d. 1 No. bicycle storage within each rear garden. e. Widen existing crossover to serve the existing and new house.
