About this contract

Derbyshire County Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the carrying out of Groundworks comprising, Excavation; Excavation and Concrete works and Drainage works for use by or on behalf of public sector bodies within the County of Derbyshire and immediate surrounding areas. The Framework will be divided into 3 Lots and companies can apply to work in more than 1 Lot. The award of the contract will be based on a combination of price and compliance with the Specification and Commercial and CDM Questionnaires.
