About this contract

The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking tender submissions for Deptford Lounge Facilities and Centre Management. The Deptford Lounge is a successful multi-purpose building that sits next to the Tidemill Academy and offers, among other services, public library facilities, community, art and cultural opportunities, café and flexible hireable spaces. The London Borough of Lewisham are looking for an enterprising organisation to take on a 5 year contract and licence for the Deptford Lounge with an option to extend this for periods of up to a further 5 years at the discretion of the Council. The Contractor will be required to provide comprehensive centre management and facilities management services for the Deptford Lounge and Tidemill Academy, whilst ensuring a compliant building and safe environment for pupils, users, service providers and staff. The Council wishes to see the Contractor further develop the Deptford Lounge Community, Arts and Cultural branding. Working towards and adhering to key national, regional and local strategic policy. The tender process will follow the OJEU open procedure.
