About this contract

orserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Corserv Facilities are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake internal and external maintenance and repair works to Cornwall Council/Cormac depot at Tolpetherwin, under an NEC3 minor works contract. The works comprise all trades. Please see the enclosed documents for the full scope of works. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 100% Price.
