"South Bucks District Council invites expressions of interest to tender for the refurbishment of one floor of an office building in Denham, Bucks. The approximate area of the office space is 502 sq m /5400 square feet. The work will include removing several partition walls, replacing floor plates in one part of the floor, painting walls and woodwork, and laying new carpet tiles throughout."
