About this contract

It is proposed to Demolish the Sports Barn to Ground level complete with the Outbuildings and Car Park to enable future development. Site area The site is situated at Victory Road, Blackpool FY3 9JL. The site area is shown on Victory Road Demolition Site Plan. Scope of Works General The project can be split into a number of tasks outlined below: 1. Generally Utility Service disconnections will be arranged by the Client prior to works commencing. Removal of licensed and unlicensed asbestos will be arranged by the Client Demolition of all the Buildings, Outbuildings, play areas, ancillary structures, ramp, access paving/steps and stairs. Note. External walls adjacent to highway is to remain. Completion of Section 80/81 Notice with Planning
