About this contract

The works comprise planned and responsive maintenance, repair and refurbishment of the Association's social housing stock. The contract will be let on a term maintenance basis with packages of work let using task orders under the Public Sector Partnering Contract Option 1 - Term Maintenance Measure and Value Second Edition Revised 2017. The contract will be let for an initial term of 5 years with a possibility of extension for a maximum of a further 2 years depending upon performance. The contractor will be required to fulfil the role of Principal Contractor under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015.
