About this contract

The Trust is seeking to engage with a supplier to deliver training to staff within the Trust on an Investigations Toolkit; how to undertake an investigation within the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust. To enable NWAS to function and fulfil its statutory duties there is a requirement to undertake investigations. Regardless of the type of investigation it is the aim of all managers acting in the role of investigator, to act in a manner that is open, fair, and seeks to put things right for all parties involved and to prevent similar events happening in the future. Managers of the Trust need the appropriate tools and training to enable them to carry out their role
