About this contract
NHS England wishes to appoint a supplier to conduct data analysis and presentation as part of a pilot to develop the national quality of life metric for cancer. The overall aim of the pilot is to test the feasibility and acceptability of collecting patient reported outcome measures digitally to create a national quality of life metric for the Cancer Dashboard. Four test sites across England will collect patient data from September 2017. The data will be collated by Public Health England, as part of the National Cancer Registration Service, and made available for analysis. We are seeking a provider to conduct the data analysis and make recommendations regarding its robustness, quality and any limitation on use, which is an essential part of the pilot in order to roll out the most appropriate data collection and analysis methods for the metric.
