About this contract

The Lifestyle Service delivery will recruit staff to deliver evidence-based services for adult stop smoking and weight management. It will provide information, advice, and guidance; self-help tools; and lifestyle interventions to enable Service Users to achieve and maintain positive lifestyle changes, thus reducing the risk of developing chronic diseases which can lead to premature morbidity and mortality.
