About this contract

City of Wolverhampton Council are seeking to appoint Architectural and Principal Designer services up to RIBA Stage 3 for the delivery of a new build council housing development on Ellerton Walks and parts of Valley Road and Shawbury Road, on the New Park Village (NPV) Estate in Wolverhampton. This includes facilitating the submission of the planning application and successful planning approval for the project. City of Wolverhampton Council are working in partnership with the New Park Village Tenant Management Co-Operative (NPV TMC) to deliver this project, of which this is a high-profile activity, and the section of appropriate partners is critical to its success.
