About this contract
Network Homes wishes to carry out several distinct surveys across its residents to track levels of satisfaction with our services. More specifically, Network Homes wants to monitor the outcomes which result from service interactions with our residents. This has been the Network Homes strategy for the past five years because the organisation believes that service interaction points are particularly important in shaping the perceptions of us amongst our residents.
