About this contract
A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and revised processes to help the University achieve strategic goals in terms of student recruitment, improving digital infrastructure, and enhancing the student experience. Investment is also needed to meet legislative requirements in terms of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and data integrity. Additional information: The contract is scheduled to start in October 2018. Following implementation, the initial contract period for system provision will be for 5 years with an option to extend for a maximum of a further 2 years. The dates indicated in Section 1 assume that the option to extend is exercised in full.
