About this contract
Red Cross wishes to establish a Contract for the delivery of a customer journey mapping exercise that will identify the ways in which service users contact the Red Cross, how their contact is handled and what processes are employed to resolve that contact. Recommendations will be sought on the optimal way of handling and recording Red Cross contacts and how the Organisation can move from its current position to that optimal approach.
