About this contract
The Manchester College and its Operating Division Novus are inviting you to Tender to be included on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) relating to the provision of Sub Contract Training Provision for Custodial Attitudinal Change Programmes. The DPS will be used to provide The Manchester College and its Operating Division Novus with a list of Sub Contract Training Providers in a range of categories (as per table B identified within the Indicative Tender) from which the service providers will be invited to quote for individual packages of learning and development to meet needs as and when funds become available. For this first phase, The Manchester College and its Operating Division Novus is seeking to procure provision for a Pilot Programme designed to motivate and engage with hard to reach offenders in a custodial setting and encourage them to engage more effectively with the prison regime. Phase 1 Indicative Tenders are required to be uploaded as part of a Pilot for evaluation between 22nd January 2016 and 4 pm on 23rd February 2016. After this deadline interested providers may apply and upload an Indicative Tender and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire at any time throughout the duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System for evaluation regarding joining the DPS and if successful, consideration for future opportunities should they be made available. The Manchester College and its Operating Division Novus have identified that consistent training requirements need to exist across all establishments. The Manchester College and its Operating Division Novus especially are looking to appoint providers who can deliver Training and ensure that: • The highest standards of quality are maintained. • Training provided across the Prison Establishments is of a consistent quality. • Training sessions are tailored to the local requirements of respected Prison Establishments and address our unique issues and requirements. • Value for money is achieved through optimal numbers of Learners attending sessions. • Providers will maximise available funding resources to enable least cost/no cost provision to Novus Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No https://in-tendhost.co.uk/fe/aspx/
