About this contract

The Council is seeking to award a catering concession contract from 30th March 2024 - 29th March 2026, for a mobile unit which can include hot and cold food and drink provision but not for the sale of ice-cream. The Mobile concession unit site is located at Mill Lane, Portsdown Hill and has an income expectation of offers in the region of £650. Set out below is the proposed procurement timetable. Request for Quotation published - Wednesday 31st January 2024 Deadline for requests for clarification - Friday 16th February at 12:00 Quotation return deadline - Thursday 22nd February at 12:00 Evaluation of returns completed by Monday 4th March 2024 Contracts awarded from Thursday 7th March 2024 Please note: All successful bidders will be awarded a contract on Thursday 7th March. However, they cannot commence trading until the specific date for their site as this will be the start date for the lease agreement.
