About this contract

CSI/HLN/Housing First Transition Service 2022\r This service will support 28 individuals to maintain their tenancies from April-June 2022 \r initially (and may be extended twice, on three monthly basis, to align with commissioning of a \r wider floating support service that can meet their needs) and avoid a return to rough sleeping \r by offering intensive support linked to a stable tenancy.
