About this contract
Ageing Better launched in 2015. This was shortly followed by the adoption of Highrise as our CRM system. Last year, Ageing Better launched a new strategy with a clearer focus on four key areas (work, housing, health and communities). The organisation has expanded significantly with a larger headcount and more colleagues carrying out external engagement on behalf of the organisation. With new working structures and goals, we want a CRM system to be better integrated into our processes and to streamline functions to future proof the growing needs of the charity. The new strategy provides the framework for a more integrated and complex CRM system to track our interaction with a broader range of stakeholders to ensure we influence the changes we want to see across sectors and policy areas.
