About this contract

Crawley Borough Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to undertake a Retail, Commercial Leisure and Town Centre Neighbourhood Needs Assessment for the Crawley borough. The study will inform the policies of the Local Plan Review, which will cover the Plan period 2020 to 2035. The Council is procuring this contract following an open local tender process. The duration of the Contract is anticipated to take four months in total. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in July 2019. The Council intends to award the Contract to one organisation.
