About this contract

The Authority want to appoint a Main Contractor to deliver the repair work and act as Principle Contractor (or provide this service within their fee). Following a start up meeting in December 2024 the project will commence in January 2025 and be completed by June 2025. This tender package is for phase 2 only and includes masonry and rainwater goods repair/replacement to the west elevation of Wollaton Hall, making good areas from phase 1 repair works [re-pointing and decorating the Tudor Kitchens], improve drainage on the North Terrace, enabling access for restoration to the Thornhill fresco on the South Stairwell ceiling. The programme of repairs covers a twenty-week period commencing on 20th January 2025 with practical completion on 6th June 2025.
