About this contract

Nottingham City Council (the 'Authority' or 'Employer') is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities (the 'Tenderer') for provision of services. The Council has a statutory obligation to consider applications to purchase Council housing made under the Right to Buy (RTB) Scheme. The Council receives circa 600-650 applications a year (approximately 100-150 are flats) to purchase housing under the Right to Buy Scheme and these are valuations which cannot be resourced internally.
