About this contract

Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced entities to provide the following: - planned maintenance, including remedial works; - reactive maintenance; (365 Days plus Out of Hours) - delivery of minor improvement works for: (i) air conditioning, (ii) air handling, (iii) air source heat pumps, (iv) chiller units, (v) kitchen fans and extraction, (vi) geothermal heat pump. (vii) axial fans Additional information: The deadline date has now been extended until Monday 24th March 2025 to allow for revised pricing document v3 issued.
