CPB223 - Contract Details Title: - CPB223 Blackwell Primary School - Lintel Replacement Works Description: - This tender is for the works provision to fully undertake the lintel replacement works at Blackwell Primary School. Site Address Blackwell Primary School Primrose Hill Blackwell Alferton Derbyshire DE55 5HB We invite quotations from competent contractors for the works provision at Blackwell Primary School for the complete lintel replacement as per the attached specification and drawings. Please be aware these works are to be undertaken at the 6 weeks holiday, We are providing scaffolding and welfare as required. Tenderers are required to download and complete the tender documentation and submit along with all relevant documentation including their proposed contract period and quotation. All skips provided by contractor near to buildings are to be enclosed as DCC insurance company requirement. We encourage tenderers to provide their anticipated lead-in period from receipt of an official order. ALL questions and queries MUST to be directed through Due North.
