About this contract

This contract is to undertake the servicing installations in premises (as at 1st August 2015) within the Devon County Council (DCC) estate. Please note DCC has a property rationalisation strategy where by the number of its premises is likely to change/ reduce over time. The contract typically but not exclusively covers Schools who subscribe to the Devon Maintenance Partnership, Academies who subscribe to the Devon Academies Maintenance Agreement operated by NPS SW Ltd, Children's Centres, Social Care Units, Offices, other Corporate Buildings. It is the Council's intention to appoint one contractor to deliver the contract throughout Devon.
