About this contract

This service specification sets out the requirements for the service which is part of the HeadStart Hull programme. The programme provides Hull with a Counselling service for children and young people, giving an opportunity to change the trajectory of some of our most disadvantaged young people, and to impact on their emotional and mental wellbeing and on their academic attainment and school engagement, their risk taking behaviours, long term employability and ultimately their overall life chances.
