About this contract

The aim of this service is to establish and run the Family Hubs Peer Support Model, Parent Carer Panel and Peer support for families wanting to use the neurodiversity toolkit. The Service puts the needs of local babies, children and families at the centre of service design and delivery, as part of the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme and the SEND agenda, (for all parents/carers of babies and children from conception to age 4 and school age for those with neurodiversity in Cornwall).
