About this contract

The Isle of Wight Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of Contractor Services to Assist the Authority with the Safe Management of the Installed Water Systems within all Isle of Wight Council Properties. This procurement follows the OJEU Open Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The contract is to cover four key areas for all Isle of Wight Council properties relative to managing the risks from Legionella Bacteria: 1. Water System Risk Assessments and reviews, 2. Routine Water System Monitoring and Management Tasks, 3. Water Sampling and 4. Water System remedial and improvement works.
