About this contract

The Contractors (Contract Services) Framework is to include a repair and maintenance function, minor construction works, works relating to offices and private/public building and housing as well as essential adaptations where necessary to give disabled people better freedom of movement into and around their homes and to give access to essential facilities within the home. It is our intention that providers will be invited to bid for as many or few lots as they are able to deliver: Lot 1Damp and Mould Survey and Inspection Lot 2Joinery Lot 3Damp, Mould & Ventilation Works Lot 4Carpets & Floor Coverings Lot 5TV & Aerial Repair & Maintenance Work Lot 6Painting & Decorating Lot 7Masonry (Brickworks) Lot 8Plastering & External Rendering Lot 9Electricals Lot 10Windows, Doors and Glazing Lot 11General Home Maintenance & Refurbishment Lot 12Flat Roof and Balcony Renewals
