About this contract

Contract for the Provision of Restorative Justice Interventions at HMP/YOI Isis 2020 - 2023 Contract Term: 3 + 1 (23 - 24 Extension Option) The successful Provider will be required to provide conciliation services to HMP/YOI Isis internal community which aim to: - Improve the prison environment at HMP/YOI Isis, reducing the re-occurrence of violence and preventing disputes from escalating by increasing the use of restorative approaches in response to incidents of violence and/or conflict - Raise awareness amongst staff working at HMP/YOI Isis of restorative approaches, their potential benefits and their suitability for use in a range of situations - Provide restorative justice facilitator training for a maximum of 24 participants per course, twice per financial year The successful provider must hold professional membership with the Restorative Justice Council. The successful provider will be expected to hold the Restorative Service Quality mark awarded by the Restorative Justice Council.
