Contract for Stocklake Link Road (Urban) Highway Improvement Works Additional information: Contract for Stocklake Link Road (Urban) Highway Improvement Works. This procurement is for the construction of a new approximately 800m long single carriageway road alongside the existing Stocklake carriageway and conversion of the existing road in to a service road. Please note that to express an interest and access the PQQ you shall need to register on the South East Business Portal: www.businessportal.southeastiep.gov.uk Please note that the deadline for submission of completed PQQ's is 12 noon on the 7th August 2015. PQQ's shall need to be returned via the South East Business Portal. The financial assessment within the PQQ's shall be undertaken by Constructionline who shall assess this on the basis of a notational value formula as detailed in Appendix 2 of the PQQ. Please note that you shall need to have a notational value of 3.8million or higher for this project.
