About this contract

Gateshead Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Insurance Company (not broker) to provide quality Leaseholders Property Insurance. The current Long Term Agreement expires on 01 April 2023. Gateshead Council invites bids for the provision of its property insurance in respect of private dwellings sold on a leasehold basis, the majority of these were under the Right To Buy (RTB) legislation.
