About this contract

South Woodham Ferrers Town Council is responsible for a number of amenities in the town including play areas, a garden of remembrance, open spaces and a Country Park. Tenders are invited for the Grounds Maintenance contract for a three year period with an option to extend for a further two years. Additional information: The work under the advertised contract includes, amongst other things, grass cutting, hedge trimming, application of fertilisers and herbicides and mulches, litter picking, cleaning of block paving and other hard surfaces, collection and clearing of leaves, maintenance of shrub and flower beds, ground cultivation, minor tree works and pond maintenance.
