About this contract
Tenders are invited from interested parties for a Consultant to create a formal strategy to ensure that the campus supply water network, owned and operated by the University, is fit for purpose both today and in the future. As part of this strategy there is also a requirement to assist in the Pipework Replacement Programme by providing the Specification and working with our procurement team to tender for a multi-year Pipework Replacement Programme to modernise our network. Focusing on those areas identified within the strategy as at most risk, we require the consultant to provide the design, cost analysis, CDM management and contract administration on our behalf. You are required to co-ordinate the Water Management Plan at Keele University in accordance with the Tender Specification and drawings as separate documents. Keele University are looking to appoint a single Service Provider to co-ordinate the delivery of all of the services required as detailed in the Tender Specification. Please note that Keele University reserves the right to amend the specification and award some or all of the range of services as contained within Section 2 of the ITT. The contract is estimated to run for a period of approximately 6 months, commencing November 2018. Details will be agreed and confirmed with the Service Provider following the award of the contract. The estimated total value of the contract over its duration is £25,000 excluding VAT.
