About this contract
Copeland Borough Council is seeking to appoint a professional team to deliver the project 'The Research and Development of Employability Online Support Tools'. The commission involves providing technical expertise and advice on the development of employability online support tools that will assist the Council and its Work & Skills partners to provide career pathway solutions, particularly to the unemployed and underemployed, including those who are less digitally confident. 1.1.2 It is anticipated the project will be delivered in two phases. Phase 1 will focus on the research and scope of the project. Phase 2 will focus on concept development and implementation. Progression to Phase 2 of the project will be at the discretion of the Council following a robust review as a result of Phase 1, and the subsequent development of a full business case. The total contract value of this procurement exercise is a maximum of £40K (excluding VAT). This estimation is subject to Phase 2 of the project progressing to delivery stage. Phase 1 is not expected to exceed £15k, Phase 2 is not expected to exceed £25K.
