About this contract

NPH wish to appoint suitably experienced consultant(s) to support two service reviews. The project involves two separate consultancy requirements which are being tendered together, estate services review consultancy and grounds maintenance review consultancy. Consultants may bid for either or both project. Project 1- Estate Services Review NPH wishes to appoint a consultant to support the review of Estate Services. This currently includes the provision of communal cleaning in blocks of flats including litter picking and block communal area cleaning. Project 2 – Grounds Maintenance Review NPH wishes to appoint a consultant to support the review of the grounds maintenance service. This currently includes the maintenance of grass areas, shrub beds, hedges and trees in communal areas. Both reviews will cover the scope of services provided, tenant satisfaction with current service levels and the levels of service charges applied for the provision of these services.
