Oxfordshire Minerals & Waste Sites Plan Consultancy Support Oxfordshire County Council is preparing a Minerals and Waste Site Allocations Plan (Sites Plan). This will be Part 2 of the Oxfordshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan. Part 1 - Core Strategy was adopted in September 2017. The Sites Plan must be compliant with the Core Strategy. The Council has set a target for adoption of the Sites plan by December 2020.
