About this contract

The main output is construction of a new building at Willop Depot, the space required is approximately 245 sq m and the proposed building would be on the footprint of the previous 167 sq m building. The building will meet our business and operational needs, including providing services to our customers and engaging with stakeholders. It will also complies with the planning permission conditions granted by Shepway District Council. The DEFRA Environment Agency new Willop Depot building will be located at Hythe Road (A259), Dymchurch, Kent.TN29 0TW. When submitting your Expression of Interest you would be requested to complete a Supplier Selection document. This must be returned before 07/04/2017 at 14:00. Only the top scoring six suppliers from the selection stage information will pass through to the next stage, the Invitation To Tender. The Invitation To Tender will be sent on 01/05/2017with a return deadline of 14:00, on 29/05/2017. The anticipated contract start date is 26/07/2017 and contract end date by 31/12/2017. Participating suppliers need to be able to deliver the project within these timescales, and an indicative programme will be requested. Any supplier wishing to take part must register on the Environment Agency's e-tendering portal, Bravo https://defra.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html to express interest and download the supplier selection forms, drawings and specifications.
