About this contract

To construct overflow car park adjacent to existing car park at location constructed using the Groundguard system: Clanfield Bowls Club, 7 Columbine Way, Clanfield, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO8 0WJ The works must be compliant with the Decision Notice and, in particular, Condition 3 of the planning consent of East Hampshire District Council. The plans and particulars referred to in Condition 3, including reference to the GroundGuard system, can be found on the East Hampshire District Council portal. The Officer's Report provides useful background information. APPLICATION NUMBER 28463/028 Works should be completed to the following specification: - erect safety Heras fencing - excavate to 200mm, and dispose of material - install membrane, and lay sub base material of scalping compacted, overlaid by compacted sand/soil mixture - lay guard grid system and pin - fill with top soil, and sow hard wearing seed mixture (seed child and dog certified) - supply 320 60-80 cm bare root Carpinus betulus hedging, including protection covers, planted around car park perimeter , approx 0.5m apart in 2 rows to planning requirements - supply 40 Abelia x Grandiflora Kaleidoscopel plants, in 2 positions within car park area, plant areas to be 1.2m x 4m- supply and spread bark chips around plant - Remove and dispose of waste material, and remove Heras Fencing,
