About this contract

The objective of this ITT is to identify a contractor that has the relevant experience, skillset & capacity to design and build the new facilities. The new Industrialisation Analysis laboratory Area will enable UK BIC to conduct Quality Control checks on materials/products manufactured and will consist of the below rooms • Forensics (FOR) • Characterisation (CHAR) • Coating and Assembly (CAA) • Chemical and Physical Processing (CPPRO) • Electrochemistry (ELC) • Support Office (SO)c The design of IAL has been developed to RIBA Stage 3 and all associated drawings and specifications are included within the tender pack and will be procured on a single stage design and build basis.
