About this contract

Construction of a light industrial building on Heartlands Business Park Daventry The new building construction is to have high levels of insulation an EPC rating of at least band B and to have an air permeability of no less than 3.0cubic metres per hour per sq. m at 50Pa. Overall the new building has a span of 17.8m wide is "L" shape in plan and has a ground floor overall area of approximately 1143 square metres, the building will be split into 2 units by a compartment wall Subject to Planning and Building regulations approvals. New shared access road of existing site entrance on Newnham Drive 265 sq m in area to be complete to base course by July 2017. The construction works should commence in May 2017 and be complete by Dec 2017. A key date will be agreed to form the new access road - to base course - for the adjacent site access it is anticipated that this will be required by July 2017. These works will be followed with a tenant fit out set of works which will be under a separate tender. Tender deadline 10th April 2017 noon.
