About this contract

Ansa requires a single contractor to provide services associated with the construction of a concrete wheeled sports facility at Barony Park, Nantwich. The construction of concrete wheeled sports facility must be within the footprint of the existing facility. The new facility must provide areas for multiple wheeled sports and users of all abilities ensuring there is an area for beginners as well as more experienced users. It is expected that the design will include but not be limited to, low level rails for beginners as well as more advanced ones, flat spaces and ramps. Tenderers are required to provide design proposals which best meet the Outline Requirements. Tenderers' proposed designs should also call on their previous experience and expertise of delivering skate parks for a variety of users. Following award of the contract it is expected that the successful Tenderer will engage and consult thoroughly with the user group to ensure the design meets the needs of the local community and users of the facilities.
