Winchester City Council invites expressions of interests from contractors by completing the suitability questionnaire. Detailed design and construction required for 13 new affordable housing units on three sites owned by Winchester City Council. Procurement on the basis of a JCT Design and Build Contract. The suitability assessment attached to this notice must be completed. Only organisations able to provide the full package of works under a JCT D&B Contract will be considered.
