About this contract

To carry out a conservation area review for Crewe, understanding the built heritage, its context, impact and value. To inform local planning policy for the inclusion of conservation area review and management plan within local planning policy. To provide the evidence for local built heritage conservation as well as design guides for future developments to ensure sympathetic and positive impact from new developments in the town. The end product to protect and enhance Crewe's built environment whilst conserving the built heritage that remains.
