About this contract

Removal of existing and installation of roof tile covering, battens and roofing felt to the main quadrangle. Work to include replacement of all rainwater goods and missing/damaged vertical tile cladding where applicable. Anticipate works to be carried out late August/early September 2024 due to ecology reports. The contractor will need to work with a solar panel installer which is to be carried out as part of the PSDS works programme.
