About this contract

Provide a ‘virtual’ distribution/postal service for individuals to encourage increased use of condoms, particularly in boys and young men. In addition to this to make improvements to ordering and monitoring elements of the scheme, offer more accessible training for participants and develop a county-wide ‘C-card’ scheme (a ‘credit’ card system enabling young people to easily access free condoms).
