BHP require a team of Concierges to cover 9 Tower blocks with 8 reception areas. BHP Concierge Services’ main priority is to reduce anti-social behaviour. The Service is expected to be the ‘eyes and ears’ of the BHP community, providing a visible, uniformed presence.
