About this contract

This invitation is for the submission of a quotation is issued by Newark and Sherwood District Council for a Contractor to operate the café facility at Newark Lorry Park. Location: Newark Lorry Park, Great North Road, Newark, NG24 1BL. The NSDC owned Lorry Park is seeking a catering contractor to deliver a comprehensive and inclusive catering offer from an onsite purpose built, mixed use building. The Council is offering the contract on a 3-year contract with the ability to extend by one year. Please note TUPE is applicable. The vision of Newark Lorry Park is to offer secure, high quality parking for Lorries, HGVs and coaches as well as provide for the wellbeing of drivers through the provision of quality facilities. Our aim is to provide users of the Lorry Park with a safe and secure site in a central and easily accessible location for day and overnight parking, and provide a range of quality facilities to cater to diversity of users, and in doing so maximise use of the Lorry Park. Please be advised that no TUPE information will be released until a signed declaration is completed by you and sent back via the portal.
